Both bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and shutters/blinds for a restful sleep. Our cozy kitchen, though small, is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine is conveniently located just outside the kitchen. Both stylish bathrooms each have a relaxing bathtub. The living room is a bright and inviting space with modern, neutral decor. It features a large sofa, smart TV, and a dining table for four. Step out onto the spacious 20m² terrace, furnished with a dining table and sofas, and enjoy views of the lush green gardens. The community boasts 24-hour security and is fully gated, ensuring a safe and peaceful stay. Enjoy the well-maintained gardens and a fantastic pool area with a café and bar, plus a kids' pool. Parties are strictly prohibited, and only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. This community has quiet hours between 22:00-08:00. While a car is recommended for convenience, it is not necessary as there are plenty of taxis, Bolts, and Ubers available. We take cleanliness very seriously, ensuring a spotless home for our guests.
