Our community is a luxury community with the focus on relaxation, with quiet hours between 23:00-08:00. HOUSE RULES 1\. No parties or events. 2\. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am. 3\. No smoking inside the home. 4\. Only guests registered when booking are allowed in the apartment. Extra guests must be approved before them staying. 5\. No shoes inside the home, except clean indoor shoes. 6\. Do not use the white towels for make-up or if you have sun tanning products on your skin. It destroys them. 7\. Do not sit on the sofa without clothing or some protection if you use any sun tanning or self-tanning products that might discolour it. Cleaning the sofa costs a minimum of 200 €, and we need to block one day in our calendar. Charges that will be put on you in case it happens. If you violate any of rules 1-4, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. If you want us to prepare the baby travel cot for you with bed linens and a high chair, we charge 50€ extra. This is the cost the cleaning company charges for this service. This service needs to be booked in advance. \*\*EXPLANATIONS\*\* If you want to smoke, you must do this outside on the terrace. Not even vapes or any other substitute for cigarettes are allowed inside the apartment. Breaking this rule will result in a fine of 500 Euros. If you need shoes inside the apartment, they must be clean shoes that have never been used outdoors. This is to guarantee the cleanliness inside the apartment. The maximum number of guests in the apartment is four. Only guests registered in your booking are allowed to be inside the apartment. So no unregistered guests inside the apartment, please. The rules in Andalucia, Spain, are very strict regarding rentals. Thank you for respecting and understanding these rules. If you have any questions, please let us know.
