We have an office table for those who need to work, and private parking is in our secure garage. When you open the apartment door, you enter an open floor area with a large living room connected to the kitchen. The living room contains a dining table for 6 people and a large design sofa in front of the large TV. Outside the living room, you can exit to the balcony. Large sliding doors let a lot of light and energy into the living room. The kitchen is brand new and very modern. It is filled with high-quality dining ware and all the standard machines such as oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle etc. On the same level, you find the two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are in opposite corners for privacy. The second bathroom is outside the second bedroom. You can access your private parking space in our secure garage two stairs below the apartment. There is also an elevator that goes from the garage to the floor where the apartment is. Guests have private access to all the above-described areas. The only shared area is the large community pool. Please note that you also get access to your own private parking space in our secure garage, which is easily accessible from the apartment by two stairs or by the elevator. We take cleaning very seriously. You can expect a very clean home. All bed linen is washed at high temperatures and ironed before the beds are made for a real hotel feel when you crawl into bed to sleep in the evening.
