Perfect if you want to be far away from any inner-city hustle and bustle and grasp some of that Marbella magic. Soak up the sun at one of the coast’s beautiful sand beaches! Comfortable, calm, and convenient. We have an office desk and 600Mbit Fiber internet to simulate your “home office”. Perfect for your "Workation" in paradise! It’s why we host occasional business travellers, too. We love to go that extra mile so you feel like you are at home.

We uphold the highest standards in cleaning our property by a professional cleaning company. We have always been focused on being spotless and clean, and recently, we have increased this feature exponentially. We follow Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process.

We have provided a few samples of teas, coffee capsules, coffee, and water so you can get refreshed upon arrival after your journey. Or, if you prefer, you can enjoy a refreshing shower; we have stocked the bathroom with gentle quality toiletries from the Rituals Hotel series that you find in many 5-star hotels.


Our guests have access to all 4 pools plus one children's pool in our community. The three smaller pools are open all year around. Two of the pools are saltwater pools, and one has disabled access.

1\. No parties or events.
2\. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am.
3\. No smoking inside the home.
4\. Only guests registered when booking are allowed in the apartment. Extra guests must be approved before them staying.
5\. No pets are allowed in the apartment, not even on the terraces.
6\. No shoes inside the home, except clean indoor shoes.
7\. Do not use the white towels for make-up or if you have sun tanning products on your skin. It destroys them.
8\. Do not sit on the sofa without clothing or some protection if you use any sun tanning or self-tanning products that might discolour it. Cleaning the sofa costs a minimum of 200 €, and we need to block one day in our calendar. Charges that will be put on you in case it happens.
9\. If you want to use the BBQ, then you need to clean it after. Failure to clean it after you used it, we will need to charge you 50€.

If you violate any of rules 1-5, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately.
